„The deeper I go into myself, the more I realize that I am my own enemy.”

There is no enemy outside. What we see outside as "problems" that we try to fight are usually reflections of the emotional problems within. The real enemy is the mind, conditioned by the rules of the culture and society to make us think that we have to act in a certain way to be accepted by others, and also to accept others only if they act in the certain way.

Another thing the mind tells us is that anything that doesn’t fit the rules is dangerous, therefore it has to be supressed, hidden, changed. Even if it's a part of our nature, of who we really are. This is what we do to ourselves. We are the real enemy.

But we can choose to change it – we can also be a savior, the one who will find the parts of our soul that were trapped by the mind and set them free. We can be the one who give love to all aspect of our being, both dark and bright. We can be the one who will bring the love to every corner of your being so you could really be free to experience the life in all it's glory.
